Your role at Wundermart
Wundermart is seeking to hire a recruiter. Because of our rapid growth, we would like to expand the HR team with an experienced international recruiter. With his or her experience this recruiter will help us expand in the Netherlands and multiple other countries, while at the same time, strengthening our culture by hiring people that match our DNA. In this role you will be responsible for the whole recruitment process.
What you will do
- Write the right job profile, post it on the right channels, search and match qualified candidates through company database, social media channels, job boards and other resources.
- Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone/Skype etc.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the colleagues involved
- Interview, prepare and coach candidates
- Follow up on actions with candidates regarding the results of their interviews
- Diploma verification and reference checks
- Proactive pool management for strategic profiles
- Negotiate salary and employment offers
Because we want to grow rapidly it is important that you also review recruitment policies and create a recruitment roadmap to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and improvement of the recruitment procedure.
Our ideal candidate
- Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Has 5+ years of relevant work experience at an international company
- Has an understanding and experience with technical profiles and candidates
- Has proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn
- Has good organizational skills and has excellent attention to detail, has the flexibility to change priorities and has strong multi-tasking skills
- Has great communication skills and is fluent in Dutch and excellent in English
