Customer Happiness Manager

Your role at Wundermart

Wundermart is seeking a Customer Happiness Manager. Because of our rapid growth we are in need of a Customer Happiness Manager who will be the face of our company. You will be in close contact with our customers so you can help them optimize the advantages of our services. Next to that, you will use the feedback of our customers to help us further improve our proposition.

What you will do

As a customer happiness manager you will be meeting, calling, face timing with customers in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium the whole day through. This is because you want to know how they experience our services. You gather this information and feedback and from this you determine how we structurally can improve our products. You will share this with different teams within Wundermart and make sure that they will put these improvements on their roadmap. Wundermart is growing rapidly, so together with customer support you are also responsible for organizing the customer happiness roadmap in order to scale properly.

Our ideal candidate

  • Has a Masters degree.
  • Has 5+ years experience in customer happiness or account management.
  • Has great analytical skills and is capable to use different kinds of information to make a plan.
  • Has great communication skills and is fluent in Dutch and English. Other European languages are a big plus.
  • Is willing to travel.
  • (Preferably) has Retail experience.
